On 18 May 2023, Mr. Natchaphon Somrak<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Director of Technopreneur International Business Developer Co., Ltd.<\/span><\/span> (TIBD)<\/strong>, and Mr. Wuttipong Panitsettakorn<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Managing Director of VISBIO Co., Ltd.<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kasetsart University<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, implemented through the Faculty of Science. The agreement was represented by Associate Professor Apisit Songsasen<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, acting as the authorized representative.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nThis Memorandum of Understanding aims to enhance the competitiveness of Thailand\u2019s health and beauty industry in the global market. The strategic collaboration among Technopreneur International Business Developer Co., Ltd. (TIBD), VISBIO Co., Ltd. (VISBIO), and Kasetsart University\u2014through the Faculty of Science\u2014creates valuable opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and technology. The partnership places strong emphasis on advanced research in biochemistry and molecular biology, enabling the development of high-quality and high-efficacy herbal extracts and processed raw materials. These efforts will support the production of cosmetics, dietary supplements, and herbal products that meet the growing demands of the global health and beauty market.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n

In addition, the parties have entered into agreements to jointly conduct research and development on value chain enhancement and supply chain integration within the health and beauty industry. In-depth research into value chain dynamics and supply chain linkages will enable a comprehensive understanding and assessment of value creation across all stages of production\u2014from raw material selection and processing to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption.<\/p>\r\n

Research activities under this collaboration will utilize advanced scientific instruments and methodologies to conduct experimentation, analysis, and evaluation of biological properties, nutritional value, efficacy, and safety. The outcomes of these studies will be applied to targeted product categories to ensure both effectiveness and consumer safety.<\/p>\r\n

Furthermore, the collaboration between the companies and the university serves as a platform for training and developing human resources within the health and beauty industry.
