Advancing Research Capacity in Thailand’s Health and Beauty Industry through Collaboration between Payap University and Technopreneur International Business Developer Co., Ltd.
On 12 June 2023, Mr. Wuttipong Panitsettakorn, Chairman of Technopreneur International Business Developer Co., Ltd. (TIBD), together with Mr. Apicha Insuwan, President of Payap University, jointly held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony at Payap University, Chiang Mai Province.
The collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both parties to elevate and strengthen the research ecosystem within Thailand’s health and beauty industry. This will be achieved through academic collaboration, clinical research initiatives, and integrated knowledge exchange, utilizing research equipment, professional networks, expertise, and relevant personnel to enhance research and educational capabilities. The ultimate goal is to elevate product development and generate tangible benefits for higher education institutions as well as related private-sector organizations.
Under this agreement, Payap University will provide strong support in terms of research expertise, offering qualified researchers, advanced and standardized laboratory environments, along with essential equipment and facilities required for clinical research. The university is also committed to fostering a balanced approach between cutting-edge research and education, with a focus on promoting sustainable innovation across all dimensions.
TIBD’s role in this collaboration is to establish and strengthen networks for the exchange of knowledge and valuable insights, as well as to provide necessary product information and samples required for clinical trials. All activities will be conducted in full compliance with the regulations, guidelines, and project-specific requirements of Payap University.
