On 16 January 2022, Sinwattana Crowdfunding Corporation Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Technopreneur International Business Developer Co., Ltd. (TIBD), held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony titled “Enhancing Thai Businesses through Strengthened Investment Capacity.” The ceremony took place at Sinwattana Corporation Co., Ltd., with the objective of providing Thai companies with easier and more convenient access to fundraising opportunities.

Mr. Natchaphon, Managing Director of TIBD, stated,
